It is really difficult for me to believe that Lewis did not intentionally write the creation of Narnia to be similar to the creation story of the Bible. The two stories are so similar, how could Lewis not have known or been aware of what he was writing? But there definitely are differences... but each version is beautiful and fantastical and both appear mythical to us...yet one is True. I love that about myths and Christianity. Both are "out of this world" and magical and unreal...yet Christianity IS real. The creator of the world loves us and forgives us despite our sinful nature... if that isn't fantastical then I don't know what is.
