I am relating Luke Skywalker to Ransom from The Space Trilogy because they are both chosen people who didn't know what adventure they were getting into before they became a part of it. Luke is a man who works on his uncle's farm and wants to become a Jedi. His family all perishes after an attack and he doesn't have anyone to turn to except for Obi-Wan, a fellow Jedi Knight along with Luke's father, Anakin. Luke trains to become a Jedi and travels all across the universe, going from planet to planet to help defeat the power of the Sith and the Dark side. Luke experiences new landscapes, creatures, and languages that he has never heard of before just like Ransom. Star Wars and The Space Trilogy are more similar than I thought!
